1. Conclusion of the contract:
The presentation of the goods in the online store does not constitute a legally obligatory offer, but only an optional online catalog. By clicking on the "Order and pay" button, you place a mandatory order on the goods in the shopping cart. By clicking on the "Order and pay" button, you explicitly acknowledge that if we accept your order, you will be obliged to pay the respective purchase price of the order. Confirmation of receipt of the order is issued immediately after sending the order and does not constitute acceptance of the contract. We will accept your order by sending a confirmation of the order by e-mail or by sending the goods within two days.
2. INSTRUCTIONS REGARDING WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT
Right of withdrawal
By law, you have the right to withdraw from this contract, without specifying the reasons, within 14 days.
The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier, indicated by you, enter into physical possession of the goods.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal you must inform us (TAKODA AUTOMED GROUP srl, Tel .: 0765.097.002, email: firstname.lastname@example.org) about your decision to withdraw from this contract, using an unequivocal statement ( for example, a letter sent by e-mail). You can use the withdrawal model below; however, its use is not mandatory.
In order to comply with the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the communication on the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, less delivery costs without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 days from the date we are informed about to your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will make this refund using the same payment method as used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed to other means; In any case, you will not be charged any fees as a result of such a refund. We may defer the refund until the date we receive the goods back or until you have provided us with proof that you have returned the goods, with the nearest date being valid.
You can return the goods or hand them over to FAN Courier, without undue delay and, in any case, within a maximum of 14 days from the date on which you notified us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if the goods are sent back before the expiration of the 14-day period.
You are only responsible for the diminution of the value of the goods resulting from the handling, other than those necessary to determine the nature, qualities and functioning of the goods.

3. Exemptions from the right of withdrawal:
In accordance with art. 16 of the Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014 on consumer rights in contracts concluded with professionals, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods which were not prefabricated and which require the individual choice or determination of the consumer or which are clearly customized, as well as for contracts on the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if they have been unsealed after delivery.
4. The right of return up to 30 days from the receipt of the goods:
In addition to the legal right of withdrawal mentioned above, we grant you a return guarantee for the period of 30 days from receipt of the goods. Thus, you can cancel the contract even after the expiration of the 14-day withdrawal period by returning the goods to us within 30 days of receipt (the period begins the day after receipt of the goods), as long as the goods are in the original packaging and are complete and as long as they have not been used or damaged and as long as they do not constitute goods made to the consumer's specifications or which are clearly customized or goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if they have been unsealed after delivery. The shipment is sufficient to meet the deadline.

The return guarantee agreed by the contract does not affect your rights and legal claims.
Deliveries are in principle valid only in Romania.
If the delivered goods have obvious material or manufacturing defects, including defects resulting from shipment, please immediately complain to us or to the employee of the carrier delivering the goods. However, failure to file a complaint has no effect on your legal rights. For all defects in purchased goods that occur during the legal warranty period, you have the option to request that the goods be brought into conformity, defects removed / a new delivery and, if the legal requirements are met, other requests for price reduction or withdrawal from contract and, in the event of damages, including recovery of damages and reimbursement of your expenses.
7. Shipping Costs:
Your order placed on armster.ro is shipped through our Fan Courier transport partner. The fee may be subject to change depending on the commercial conditions offered by the carrier.
Payment can be made mainly by credit / debit card (MasterCard and Visa) via MobilPay or cash on delivery. No discounts will be applied for prompt cash payment. We reserve the right to offer specific payment methods only for the requested delivery, for example, only methods to insure our credit risk.
Credit card payment
Pay immediately during the order process by entering your credit card details. Once shipped, your credit card will be debited with the actual amount invoiced, after deducting discounts, as appropriate, vouchers, etc. Goods that have been made according to the customer's specifications or that are clearly personalized lead to the immediate debit of your credit card with the actual amount invoiced after deducting discounts, vouchers, etc.
Payment by credit card in installments
Pay immediately during the order process by entering your credit card details. As soon as the card data has been entered, the interface for selecting the number of installments in which you want to make the payment will be displayed.
Cash payment on delivery
Payment for goods will be made in cash upon delivery of the package, in the amount indicated on the invoice. In the event of a withdrawal under Section 2, the refund shall be made by bank transfer. For this, we need your bank details, which can be easily and securely stored in the customer's account. We reserve the right to issue a voucher with a value equal to the returned goods if you do not enter your bank details after repeated warnings.
Our prices are expressed in RON and contain VAT which is mandatory.
10. Property reservation:
Until full payment, the goods remain our property.
11. Communications by electronic means:
Communications related to the contract may take place by electronic means.
12. Alternative dispute resolution:
We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in alternative dispute resolution procedures in consumer arbitration panels.
13. Exclusion of liability for third party internet links:
On our pages, we use internet links to make links to other internet pages. For all these internet links, it is valid that: We expressly declare that we have no influence on the style and content of the linked pages. Thus, we expressly distance ourselves from all content on all linked pages belonging to third parties and do not appropriate such content as our own. This statement will apply to all internet links displayed and to all content of the pages to which the links are made.
14. Language of the contract / storage of the order text:
The contract is concluded in Romanian. The order text is not stored by us and can no longer be accessed after completing the order procedure. You can, however, print the text of the order immediately after sending the order.
15. Photograph rights:
All rights to the photos belong to TAKODA AUTOMED GROUP s.r.l .. Their use without explicit prior approval is not permitted.
