Delivery Information

What are the shipping costs?

For shipping and returning the items, as well as the packaging costs, our company charges a cost of 23 lei per package.

If the customer receives special transport services, such as parcel opening, Saturday delivery, etc. additional costs may be charged which will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.

Which is the delivery time?

Available items are usually delivered in 2-5 business days.

How can I be sure that I placed the order correctly?

If you want to check if your order has been placed correctly, check if you have received the order confirmation by e-mail or log on to with your e-mail address and password and view the orders in heading 'Such orders'. If you have questions about your order or if it was not placed correctly, you can contact our customer service by phone or e-mail.

How can I track my order?

To check the delivery status of your order, open the shipping confirmation you received by e-mail and click on the tracking link. For each package that is shipped to you, you will receive a shipment confirmation, including a link to track the shipment.

What can I do if I receive a damaged item?

If one of the delivered products is damaged or has a problem of any kind, you can of course return it to us. Please also mention the reason for the return. As soon as the item has been received and verified by us, the refund will be made using the payment method indicated by you.

What is a partial delivery?

It is important for us to make sure that you receive the items you ordered as soon as possible. If, in an exceptional situation, an item cannot be delivered within two days, we can opt for a partial delivery of your order. In this way, we make sure that you receive the ordered items as soon as possible.

Through which shipping companies is my package shipped?

The items are shipped through the partner courier company FAN Courier.

Can my delivery address be different from my billing address?

Yes, you can request delivery of the order to an address other than the billing address, e.g. at work. All you have to do is select the desired delivery address under the heading »Delivery address« in the order placement process.

Can I change the delivery address after placing the order?

The change of address is possible on, insofar as the package is in transit. Please contact us by phone so that your request can be verified directly. Contact our customer service at 0765.097.002. If the indicated delivery address cannot be found or the package cannot be delivered, it will be returned to us. As soon as the order has been received and verified by us, the refund will be made using the payment method used to place the order.

Can I also request the delivery of the order at a Pick-Up Point?

Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to deliver a package to a Pick-Up Point.

In which countries are the products delivered?

Orders placed on can be delivered in Romania, Bulgaria and the Republic of Moldova.
